AYURCARE UK SET TO REOPEN FOLLOWING COVID-19 SHUTDOWN
[CAMBERLEY, SURREY, 4th July 2020 AYURCARE] will reopen on [4th July 2020] in accordance with the regulations and guidelines put forth by [GOVERNMENT ENTITY AND/OR PROFESSIONAL BODIES]. Management and staff have worked diligently during the clinic's closure to update its already rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards and implement new policies and procedures to promote the health and safety of guests and staff.
A selection of the updates and adjustments has made can be found below.
Revised Treatment Menu: [AYURCARE UK] has revised its treatment menu to include low-touch treatments, as well as a simplified selection of traditional treatments.
AyurCare UK will continue to follow local, state and national regulations regarding the safe operation of spas. As the spa receives additional guidance, its policies and practices will be updated accordingly.
Guests interested in scheduling treatments or services can do so via contacting us directly by email or telephoning us.
What you can expect:
⦁ Reduced hours and appointment times to ensure we meet reopening requirements set by [GOVERNMENT ENTITY AND/OR PROFESSIONAL BODIES].
⦁ While our practice has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now more visibly display those efforts and display additional signage for your comfort.
⦁ Verbal confirmation by your service provider(s) that their hands have been sanitized immediately prior to the start of your service.
⦁ Service providers will wear PPE & face-masks worn in accordance with the HSE guidelines during all treatments as an enhanced safety measure.
⦁ Our front desk staff will welcome you upon arrival and help you navigate directly to your treatment room.
⦁ Refreshments will be available to guests in lieu of communal snacks and beverages in disposable cups.
⦁ Opportunity to pay for your treatment and gratuity in advance to allow for a touchless payment transaction. No cash payment transactions onsite. All payments will be collected via credit, debit or gift cards.
We will request clients to remain outside of the clinic until they are called in for their appointment. Please help us enable these new measures and bear with us as there may be some time delays due to cleaning thoroughly between clients.
Upon entering the clinic, we will check your temperature and ask you to sign your form you have already submitted online. (It is important that you complete this upon booking so that we have your information details to hand, as we may need to call you beforehand to verify some information).
You will be required to complete and submite your Treatment/Consultation Form upon booking. This applies if you are coming for a consultation or a treatment.
Will therapists be wearing gloves? - Yes, if required.
Will I be required to wear a mask? - Only if requested to do so.
Can I bring my own towel? - Yes, you can bring your own towel and a bag to place it in(please make sure it is a large bath sheet size). Other than that we will use disposable couch roll.
What happens if my temperature is high on the day? - You will be asked to sit down and wait and your temperature will be re-taken after 10 minutes. If it is then normal, we will proceed with your treatment. If it is still not in the normal range, we will not be able to proceed with your treatment.
In the case of my treatment not being able to go ahead will I receive a refund? - Yes, you will receive a full refund or offer of re-booking after 14 days.
What we ask of you and our guests:
⦁ Refrain from visiting the clinic if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness. Do NOT come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, including:
A persistent, dry cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
A fever of 100.4° or higher
New loss of taste or smell
⦁ Refrain from visiting the clinic if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
⦁ Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the clinic and shared by employees.
⦁ Wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
⦁ Share and respect special sanitation or hygiene requests and standards prior to arriving at the clinic.
To leave personal property at home ie. shopping/jewellery etc.
