AYURCARE UK SET TO REOPEN FOLLOWING COVID-19 SHUTDOWN
[CAMBERLEY, SURREY, 4th July 2020 AYURCARE] will reopen on [4th July 2020] in accordance with the regulations and guidelines put forth by [GOVERNMENT ENTITY AND/OR PROFESSIONAL BODIES]. Management and staff have worked diligently during the clinic's closure to update its already rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards and implement new policies and procedures to promote the health and safety of guests and staff.
A selection of the updates and adjustments has made can be found below.
Revised Treatment Menu: [AYURCARE UK] has revised its treatment menu to include low-touch treatments, as well as a simplified selection of traditional treatments.
AyurCare UK will continue to follow local, state and national regulations regarding the safe operation of spas. As the spa receives additional guidance, its policies and practices will be updated accordingly.
Guests interested in scheduling treatments or services can do so via contacting us directly by email or telephoning us.

⦁ While our practice has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now more visibly display those efforts and display additional signage for your comfort.
What you can expect when visiting us on re-opening
We will request clients to remain outside of the clinic until they are called in for their appointment. Please help us enable these new measures and bear with us as there may be some time delays due to cleaning thoroughly between clients.
Our staff will welcome you upon arrival and help you navigate directly to your treatment room. Refreshments will be available to guests in lieu of communal snacks and beverages in disposable cups. There will be an opportunity to pay for your treatment and gratuity to allow for a touchless payment transaction.
Upon entering inside the clinic, we will check your temperature and ask you to confirm your details according to your Booking Consent Form. (It is important that you complete this upon booking so that we have your information details to hand, as we may need to call you beforehand to verify some information).
Some questions you may have:
Will therapists be wearing gloves for treatments? - No.
Will therapists be wearing a face covering? - Yes, a face visor and disposable apron (worn in accordance with the HSE guidelines during all treatments as an enhanced safety measure).
Will I be required to wear a face covering? - No only if you prefer.
Can I bring my own towel? - Yes, you can bring your own towel and a bag to place it in (please make sure it is a large bath sheet size).
Where do i put my clothes if I am having a treatment? - You will be provided with a bag to put your clothes/personal items in which can be hung on a peg on the wall in the treatment room.
How can I be assured that staff are free of symptoms Covid-19? - Verbal confirmation by your service provider that their hands as well as all surfaces you will be in contact with have been sanitized immediately prior to the start of your service. Staff have their temperature checked and sign a form to confirm that they are well and not suffering from any related symptoms on the day.
What we ask of you and our guests:
Please respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the clinic and shared by employees.
Wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
Share and respect special sanitation or hygiene requests and standards prior to arriving at the clinic.
To leave personal property at home ie. shopping/jewellery etc.
To bring your own refreshments (we are only offer beverages in disposable cups).
Please refrain from visiting the clinic if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness. Do NOT come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, including:
A persistent, dry cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
A fever of 100.4° or higher
New loss of taste or smell
