The clinic is situated on the edge of Rowhill Nature Reserve, a 55-acre nature conservation area in Hampshire famous for its deciduous woodland and bluebells in Spring.

LARA SINHA
My journey and first experience with Ayurveda began as a student working on foundation projects in rural communities in northern India. I worked alongside medical health care professionals and doctors from all principles including Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homeopathy and Allopathy. It was Ayurveda that took my interest.
Over the years I have a gained a diverse clinical working experience and deep knowledge of Ayurvedic principles having completed my medical training both in hospital settings and private health care clinics. My subjects of specialisation are fertility & reproduction including womens' health. I also have a keen interest in Ayurvedic dermatology and auto-immune disorders.
As an affiliated member of the Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners (AAPUK) I continue to pursue my professional development and expand my medical and scientific knowledge through regular training modules. In the last few years I have also written articles for international health publications and more so recently featured in Ayurveda Health & Tourism Magazine.
My own personal ethos is not just to help those with any physical disorder, but to achieve an optimum mental, emotional and spiritual health for all, applying the universal principles of Ayurvedic medicine to bring healing to each individual. I am passionate about Ayurveda and I believe that everyone can find the right answers with a little help with regards to a healthy and long life.
Through a personal consultation, taking into consideration privacy and confidentiality, I will use my extensive professional knowledge and skills to devise your bespoke treatment plan so that you may benefit at the highest optimum level.
