It is a very hard thing to do, to stay in the balance. Iit is very easy to become out of balance if we are not careful. The doshic baraometers are a fine line, and inbalance can begin from something as simple as an unhealthy craving, or in fact, any crime against wisdom (prajna paradha), an inbalance left untreated may lead to a disorder, how does this actually manifest in the body/mind? Ultimately an inbalance will create toxins (ama) in the system which will lead tend to settle in weak areas around the body and cause problems, thus leading to disease (dis -ease : meaning the body is not at ease). How can we avoid this happening to us and so to lead a healthy long life full of vitality ?
