This is a fact for sure, that we need to become more efficient at managing our stress levels. For some it is as easy as doing some gardening, for others it may be enrolling on an idyllic yoga retreat in Spain or in the mountains. However, we do it, it is extremely important that we do. We have to look after our minds to look after our bodies, ultimately in Ayurveda, mental health is considered more important than physical health, why is this? Because mental health will eventually affect physical health. We overwork our minds and our bodies.....
